    Hello to all. I'm fresh user here. I have just downloaded General Downloader & installed it.
    Then i set info for premium account for website i use. after that i noticed that i have to make account here - so i made it and activated it.
    But in General Downloader software i cant log in - any1 know reason?

    Hi, Kalterius! Welcome! Try to restart General Downloader - just close it in system Trey and then launch it again

    i did that several times - and dont work. I even restart my laptop, and that didnt hlp too.

    Still w8ing fir hlp. But not in hurry right now ---> JD2 again working for me.

    Finding solution would be nice - because JD2 is causing Blue Screens on my pc.

    I just joined and I have the same issue. I have restarted the program several timesa and I cannot add any links to download as it says my login details are wrong...but they are correct :(
    Can anyone advise me please, thank you!

    Hi,

    unable to login to general downloader. registered through yahoomail authorization. did not get any password to login but downloader asking for password. pls assist.

    after login, I try to watch or download videos, it always says - over limit error = IP adreess changed. Last six weeks this has been happening. One day everything works, next day nothing works Thanx, Chefric

    I can log on to the site succefully, but on the software, the "general downloader" keeps saying incorrect email/password, how else would i add a link manually? or add it on my web account so i can download it through the software? they are two links from letitbit

    Hey guys, new member here, having a similar problem: whenever I try to input login info, GD tells me I need to update which is followed promptly by a message from the tray icon claiming no new updates are available. Advice?

    I have the same problem. I just downloaded for the desktop and it tells me it is out of date when I try to log on...but can't find an update. Any help anyone...much appreciated.
